Trading Terms

We will process your order the next working day and delivery will be within three to ten working days. Your order will arrive fully insured with your regular post. 

We offer you the right to cancel your order (without giving a reason) up to ten working days from the time you receive delivery of your goods.
All we ask is that you return the goods in their original saleable condition along with gift box using special delivery from your local post office to:

We will refund you the full cost of your original order including postage within 30 days from the cancellation.
If you find it necessary to cancel your order, please contact Ron Cockrill by e-mail   ron@goldulike.co.uk  or telephone 01206 364696 between the hours of 11am to 4pm Monday to Friday. Calls will be charged at the standard rate.

THIS SERVICE DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.

If, for any reason your are not fully satisfied with your  purchase all complaints will be dealt with by myself, Ron Cockrill.
